“Nigel Dunlop’s presentation at the 2010 conference of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand on the psychological traits which affect the way people negotiate, was one of the best presentations of any description that I have heard at the many international conferences I have attended throughout my long career as a commercial mediator. If I needed a mediator I would choose Nigel Dunlop”
